Our dealings with Phyllis have been very beneficial to both our puppies and us. We were impressed at being able to visit our puppies when they were one month old. We followed their progress on the Dobralco website. When we told our vet about the positive experience with Phyllis she stated that "Phyllis is my kind of breeder" and would recommend her to any one interested in small dogs. The vet was also impressed that Phyllis had already given us all the information needed to care for our new charges. Haley and Hogan are thriving and so are we. Thank you for the wonderful and positive experience

At a car show I saw a girl carrying this adorable puppy and stopped to ask about it. It turned out I knew her family and so we got to talking and she told me where she got her puppy and the web site where I could check it out. I did just that and found Phyllis and the wonderful world of silky terriers. I wrote to Phyllis and asked about getting a puppy. She told me when a litter was due and I was very excited. Unfortunately there were no females available so I was put on the waiting list. She and I kept in touch and then the surprise came on New Years Eve of 2007. My little Lucie was born and with Phyllis' great web site I was able to follow her progress until I got her. She is the most precious little bundle ever. She of course is a little devil at times but one look into those eyes and all is forgiven. She also has brought new life into our 11 yr. old beagle, Missy. Thank you so much Phyllis for always being there for any questions I might have and for making my experience with a breeder most enjoyable. (Joyce, "Mom" of Lucie and Missy)

"We are so happy we chose Phyllis as the breeder for our second puppy. Getting a second puppy was a tough decision but our Molly is everything we could have hoped for. The first night we brought her home she woke up in the middle of the night and went right on her wee wee pad! We have been amazed every day since then at how smart, sweet, and independent she is. We know that her personality is the result of the kind of breeder Phyllis is, very hands on. We especially love that from the day Molly was born we were updated with photos and news every week and Phyllis was always available to answer any questions. We couldn't be happier!"

Our new puppy, Moose, is far and away, the best in temperament, socialization, trainability and any other quality you could name, of any puppy/dog I have ever owned—and that covers a lot of years, dogs and situations. We have a 71/2 year old Silky, Alf, who is also a wonderful dog, but we got him from a “Puppy Palace” sort of place, who had gotten him from a puppy mill breeder. We are very lucky in that he made us realize that the Silky Terrier is the breed for us, but he had a lot of not so nice traits that it took a lot of energy to eliminate. When we saw Dobralco’s website..especially the pictures of the kids being so very comfortable with the puppies and dogs, we knew this was the only place we would purchase a little brother for Alf. Since the day we brought him home, Moose has “preferred” to go outside to eliminate. Any accidents, were because we weren’t paying attention, and if he couldn’t wait for us, he used a pad. At just over three months, he is 99% outside potty trained. He has willingly slept in his crate since night one, both at home and on our sailboat. Our littlest grandchildren love cuddling him, and Alf, a very alpha male, who sometimes doesn’t tolerate other dogs, plays enthusiastically with him, and has become very attached in a brief time. We all know there are countless competitions for dogs, but I am not sure there are any for breeders. If there is one, Phyllis and Dobralco Silky Terriers, would rate a championship “10”! Phyllis, thank you for the love and attention you gave Moose, and his parents, to allow us the pleasure of his company…. Sincerely, Jack and Gayle Cornish Oak Ridge, NJ
